The Harmony Investment Fund is a US$ 500m capacity special opportunities fund focused on investing in turnaround, stressed and distressed situations in Asia. The Fund maintains a leading position in the middle-market and ‘small-cap’ space in the region. The Fund invests in various opportunities that exist to deploy capital in restructurings, rescue financing, turnaround plays and traditional distressed trades which are not of the size or scope to attract the limited number of large special situation investors in the region.

The Fund’s operations are supported by industry recognised trading (TRADAR) and risk reporting platforms (Risk Metrics) which enable the managers to monitor risk, report effectively to investors and provide comfort to investors with respect to the lower level of operational risk in this business compared to the vast majority of smaller investment funds in the region.

The Fund's principal investment objective is to achieve capital appreciation via investment in stressed and distressed situations in Asia. The Fund provides investors with exposure to materially undervalued assets with prospects of revaluation post the period of stress/distress.
